Cancellation before arrival date - All Bookings

    * More than 21 days before arrival - No obligation or Full Refund
    * 4 to 21 days before arrival - 20% Cancellation Fee
    * Less than 4 Days before arrival - --------------
       Any cancellations received in the four (4) days  prior to the date of
arrival, will result in a Credit Card charge equal to the full cost of the first night's stay,which will not  be  refunded.
